About Steph Noon

PictureWith Professor Martin Seligman, the founder of Positive Psychology.
I am a trauma-informed coach, facilitator and wellbeing practitioner dedicated to supporting meaningful, sustainable personal and professional transformation.

My work integrates the science of Positive Psychology with the depth of Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Compassionate Inquiry — creating a powerful, evidence-based and compassionate approach to change that honours the whole person.

I am trained in the Internal Family Systems model through the Internal Family Systems Institute (IFSI), completing Online Circles, workshops and continuity programs, and have also completed a professional year-long training in Compassionate Inquiry. These trauma-informed modalities allow me to support clients in understanding the protective patterns shaped by their life experiences, and to create change in a way that feels safe, respectful and deeply empowering.

Alongside this, I hold a Diploma of Positive Psychology and Wellbeing, a distinction in Teaching Character and Creating Positive Classrooms, and certification in The Science of Happiness.

Since establishing my practice in 2007, I have worked with individuals, leaders and teams across all stages of life — from teenagers to executives to retirees — helping them navigate challenges, strengthen resilience, and reconnect with their inner resources and potential.

My clients benefit not only from my qualifications and experience, but from the quality of presence I bring to our work. I listen deeply, without judgement, and create a space where people feel seen, understood and supported. From this foundation, meaningful and lasting change becomes possible.

In addition to my coaching work, I have delivered workshops, presentations and programs to hundreds of people, many of whom describe the experience as life-changing.

Prior to establishing my coaching practice, I spent 15 years in senior leadership roles in Marketing and Communication. This experience gives me a strong understanding of the pressures faced by professionals and leaders and informs my work in organisational and leadership contexts.

Based in Adelaide, South Australia, I am a member of the International Coaching Federation and the International Positive Psychology Association. I am deeply committed to professional ethics, ongoing learning, and providing the highest quality support to my clients.

Outside of my professional work, I am a proud mother and grandmother to four wonderful adult children and two grandchildren, and I am a passionate Masters sprint athlete. I value time spent my big and beautiful family,  with my wonderful friends and in nature – hiking and camping.
