This is a unique year-long Wellbeing Program that guides you and your team/organisation on a journey toward greater wellbeing.
My experience in running these programs has lead me to discover a proven formula which allows time for wellbeing changes to become behavioural and deeply entrenched, by spreading the learning over a year.
Research shows that when people work with a positive mindset, performance on nearly every level - productivity, creativity, engagement - improves. Happy employees have, on average, 31% higher productivity and their creativity is 3 times higher. In addition to these productivity changes, sickness reduces, health improves, relationships are better and mental health issues diminish. You and your staff will feel more resilient, have more energy and enjoy life more!
All wellbeing tools that are shared are robustly validated and proven. This is a powerful, purpose-built program that will resonate with attendees, and creates positive life and organisational changes.
Does this really work? As an example, I ran this program with a whole school staff during 2016. The pre-program measures of depression using the 'Center for Epidemiologic Short Depression Scale', reported 48% of staff were considered depressed. By the end of the year-long program, the post-program testing showed a reduction to 17%.

Dr Orin C Davis writes in his paper 'Why the Workplace Needs Positive Psychology' (2010), - "Because of positive psychology’s unique focus on flourishing, and its transform-good-into-great angle on many of the factors that contribute to solid organizational performance, it will become an essential contributor to success in the business world. Whether in showing management how to develop and use human capital, guiding organizational policy, or enabling workers to make their best contributions, positive psychology has been, and will continue to be, a boon to the workplace".
